• Delivery of products ordered from our online store is done with courier services TNT and DPD in Romania.
  • Orders higher than 149.00 lei benefit from FREE TRANSPORTATION.
  • Orders lower than 149.00 lei will have a fixed delivery fee of 15.00 lei.
  • The usual delivery time is 24 hours, for orders placed by 14.00 hours, Monday to Thursday and orders placed after 14.00 will reach you within 48 hours.
  • Orders placed Friday after 14:00 will reach you on Tuesday.
  • The delivery schedule for couriers is between 09.00 AM and 17.00 PM.
  • On the delivery day you will receive a message from TNT or DPD with details about your shipment, including the courier’s phone number, which you can contact to determine the delivery time.
  • Possible exceptions to delivery in 24 hours with TNT or DPD Service: Placing order after 14.00 PM, during periods with lots of orders or deliveries: holidays, Black Friday or for objective reasons related to the courier.
  • Orders placed during the public holidays will be released the next day after the courier's activity is resumed.
  • In the exceptional case that the ordered product is no longer in stock or has to be produced, we will return to you in order to agree the delivery term.
  • If you choose the option of "Payment refund", you will pay the courier the equivalent of the order. In the case of invoices on the company, please ask the courier for the receipt with the value you paid in cash.
  • In case you choose to pay by bank transfer, with a payment order (the option "Pay with OP" from the end of the order), your shipment will be sent when we are notified by the banking service that the payment has been made. But if you want us to deliver your order faster, please send us the proof of payment via mail:
  • We will always provide to our couriers all the information received from you: from the address specified for delivery to any other information made at the time of placing the order, but we cannot answer for possible omissions by the courier company or your company as a result of incorrect/incomplete filling of personal data when placing the order. Your feedback is important to us and we assure you that we will do everything is necessary to improve our services and the courier’s company.
  • If the shipment cannot be delivered by the courier’s company as a result of incorrect/incomplete filling of the personal data at the time of placing the order, we can redispatch the order with the fixed transport fee of 15.00 lei at your request.
  • If a situation arises that may affect the delivery deadline originally notified, we will contact you to communicate your new delivery deadline. In this situation, you have the option to maintain your order or to cancel it. If you cancel your order already paid by card with OP (payment order) or by bank transfer, we will pay you the entire amount paid within 72 hours.
