The delivery of Tie-Me-Up products is free of charge on Romanian territory. We have been choosing to work with TNT courier for their best services and for their covering. In those few cases, with areas where TNT are not delivering yet, your order will be sent with the Romanian Post.
Only for delivery in Romania: the orders placed until 14.00 will arrive the next day, between 09.00-17.00 (on working days), via the TNT courier service.
For Romanian Post Office deliveries, the transit time of the order could be more or less 5-7 working days.
In the morning of delivery, you will receive a message from TNT, including the courier's phone number. In this way, you can contact him in order to set a better time of delivery for you.
Possible exceptions from 24-hour delivery with TNT courier:
- placing your order after 14:00, during very busy periods, with many orders and deliveries: Black Friday holidays etc.
- objective transport issues If you choose the "Cash on delivery" option, you will pay to the courier the equivalent of the order.
In the case of company invoices, please request the receipt for the cash amount paid.
If you have decided to pay by bank transfer with a payment order (option "Payment with OP" , your package will be sent after the bank notification regarding your payment.
For delivering faster your order, you can help us sending the proof of payment at : firstname.lastname@example.org.
We always send to our courier all the information you filled in the check-out page and any other mentions you made. But, we cannot take the responsibility for possible courier company omissions. In these cases, please send us your feedback in order to improve the courier deliveries.
If the package can not be delivered, the courier will leave you a notification and then try to re-deliver the package next day.
If the second delivery fails out without being our fault, you may request a new delivery. The cost of this new delivery will be charged to you, according to the courier price policy.
If there is a situation that may affect the initially communicated delivery date, we will contact you to let you know the new delivery date. In this situation, you have the option of keeping the order or canceling it.
If payment is made with OP (payment order), we will return the amount paid within 72 hours.
