Return Policy

According to Law no. 449/2003, updated in 2008, and Government Ordinance 34/2014, you can return one or all of the products purchased from our online store within 14 working days from the physical receipt of the product, without penalties or the need to specify a reason.

Below you will find all the necessary steps to complete a return, depending on the reason for the return.

A. You don't like the product or it no longer suits your needs (To avoid the costs involved in returning products, please review the photos and written characteristics on the website. If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact us so we can provide you with all the necessary information, ensuring the chosen products are a perfect fit).

1. Notify us that you wish to return the purchased products within a maximum of 14 working days from receiving the products through one of the following methods:

▪ In your personal account on www.tiemeup.ro (Order History and Details -> Details – > Return Ordered Products)


2. Pack the product properly so it doesn’t get damaged during transport. We recommend using the original packaging.


3. Choose a courier.

3a. For courier pickup from your address, you have two return options:

▪ You send it via any courier of your choice, except for the Romanian Post or Urgent Cargus. In this case, you will pay the courier's transport fee. Any risks of damage or loss will be your responsibility.

▪ We can send DPD/Sameday to your address. The return shipping cost of 15 RON will be deducted from the refunded amount.

3b. For return via Sameday Easy Box, meaning depositing the package you want to return at a chosen Easy Box locker, access the link below, fill in the required information, select the Easy Box locker where you’ll drop off the returned package, and submit the return request. You will receive a confirmation SMS with the locker number. Currently, this return service is free.

4. Write on the package the return address: S.C. TIE-ME-UP SRL, Bucharest, Str. Negustori, No. 14, Floor 3, Apt. 11, Sector 2, Intercom 111, phone: 0725.754.999 or 021.321.18.94.


5. The refund of the value of the ordered products will be made within 5–10 days from the day we receive the returned package, after verifying it. In exceptional cases where this period is extended, we will notify you immediately.


• The amount will be refunded to the bank account you provide via email, along with the account holder's name.

• If the payment was made online by card through the EuPlatesc platform, the amount will be refunded directly to your card via the app.

• For orders under 249.00 RON, where a fixed shipping fee was charged, we will refund only the value of the returned products, not the shipping fee.

• The return shipping cost (15 RON) will also be deducted from the refund if we send the courier to you.


B. Other return situations:

• The products were delivered with defects, despite the 3 mandatory checks by our team;

• The products delivered are not those from your order;

• The information provided about the product on our online store differs substantially from the received product.

In all the 3 cases above, S.C. Tie-Me-Up will fully cover the return shipping cost for the returned product(s).

The steps to follow are as below:

1. Notify us that you wish to return the purchased product within 14 working days from receiving it, via one of the following:

▪ In your account on www.tiemeup.ro (Order History and Details –> Details –> Return Ordered Products)


2. Pack the product so that it doesn’t get damaged during shipping. We recommend using the original packaging.


3. Courier: we will send DPD/Sameday to your address to pick up the returned product(s), and you will not pay any transport fee. Or you can complete the return form via Sameday Easy Box lockers using this link: https://return.sameday.ro/tiemeup. For Easy Box returns, you must go and drop off the package at the selected Easy Box after receiving the confirmation message with the locker number.

4. Write on the package the return address: S.C. TIE-ME-UP SRL, Bucharest, Str. Negustori, No. 14, Floor 3, Apt. 11, Sector 2, Intercom 111, phone: 0725.754.999 or 021.321.18.94.

5. The refund of the value of the ordered products and of the transport paid at order placement (if applicable) will be made within 5–10 days from receiving the returned package, after it is checked. In exceptional cases where this term is extended, we will notify you as soon as possible.

▪ The amount will be refunded to the bank account you provide via email along with the account holder’s name.

▪ If the payment was made online by card through the EuPlatesc platform, the amount will be refunded directly to your card via the app.

C. Cases where we refuse the return:

S.C. Tie-Me-Up S.R.L cannot accept the return of products purchased through a Contract and/or cannot claim any other compensation in the following situations:

• The product was not purchased from our online store www.tiemeup.ro.

• The return notification has a dispatch date that exceeds the 14 working day return period from the date of delivery (by courier).

• If the returned product is worn, shows signs of use or damage, is missing accessories, or original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse any return package and any refund of returned products' value if we were not notified of the return intent or if the package is sent with a cash-on-delivery transport fee.
