How to Pay?

• The prices of Tie-Me-Up products are those listed in the online store and are expressed in RON. The price refers to a single unit of the product and includes VAT. Shipping is free within Romania for any order over 249.00 RON.

• For each order, an invoice will be issued containing all legally required information. The invoice will be sent to your email when you receive the notification that your parcel has been dispatched.

Payment for ordered products can be made as follows:

• Cash on delivery : You pay the order value in cash upon delivery at your address by the courier. For company invoices, please ask the courier for a receipt for the cash payment.

• Card payment via EuPlatesc:

- You can pay online using your personal or company card (through the secure Europayment Services platform - EuPlatesc.ro). Accepted cards are VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a VV2/CVC2 code). The secure platform does not charge any additional commission for these transactions.

- If you choose the payment method "Card payment via EuPlatesc", after clicking the "Place Order" button, you will be redirected to a secure page of the payment processor where you will enter your card details.

– Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logos (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro – if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code) are processed via the “3-D Secure” system developed by organizations that ensure the same level of online transaction security as for ATM or physical merchant transactions.

– “3-D Secure” ensures that no card information is transferred or stored at any time on the merchant's servers or on the payment processor’s servers. These data are entered directly into Visa and MasterCard systems.

- If the card is associated with an account in a currency other than RON, transactions are processed in RON, at the exchange rate of the card-issuing bank.

- Card data processing is done exclusively through the EuPlatesc.ro payment platform. Tie-Me-Up does not request or store any card information.

• By bank transfer. If you choose this payment method, you will receive an email with our company details required to make the bank transfer. Your order will be shipped once we receive confirmation from the banking service that payment has been made. However, if you wish to expedite the delivery, please email us the proof of payment (office@tiemeup.ro).

• Cash on delivery, card payment at Easybox: this option is only available if you selected pickup from Sameday Easybox lockers. In this case, you will pay by card at the selected locker in order to collect your package. If you selected Easybox pickup, you cannot pay with cash at the locker.

          Other payment methods: before finalizing the order, you can select either "Card payment via EuPlatesc" or "By bank transfer".

• In the case of electronic payments, Tie-Me-Up is not and cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by you, including but not limited to: any kind of commissions, currency conversion fees (if applicable), etc.

Delivery

• Delivery of products ordered from our online store www.tiemeup.ro is carried out by the courier services: Sameday, DPD, and Fedex throughout Romania.
• Orders over 249.00 RON benefit from FREE SHIPPING.
• Orders under 249.00 RON will have a fixed shipping fee as follows:
• 18 RON = delivery to the address you provided via Sameday/DPD/Fedex courier
• 14 RON = delivery to Sameday Easy Box lockers, from where you can pick up the order yourself, if you choose to pay by card on our site via EuPlatesc or by bank transfer. If you choose to pay by card at the Easy Box locker, an additional 6.9 RON will be added to the shipping cost.
• The usual delivery time is 24 hours for orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, except for legal holidays, Black Friday, or objective reasons related to the courier.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will arrive within 48 hours on working days, except for legal holidays, Black Friday, or objective reasons related to the courier.
• You will be able to pick up your parcel from the locker during the time window mentioned in the message you receive on your phone from the Sameday courier. Attention! Payment at Easybox lockers can only be made by card (if you selected "cash on delivery, card payment at Easy Box" as the payment method). A fee of 5 RON will be charged for card payments at the Easy Box locker, which will be added to your order total. This fee does not apply if you choose to pay by card online through EuPlatesc or via bank transfer.
• Home deliveries are made only Monday through Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Thursday after 2:00 PM will arrive on Monday or Tuesday. Parcels delivered to Easy Box lockers can be picked up on Saturdays and Sundays if you have been notified by SMS from Sameday.

• Courier delivery hours are between 09:00 and 17:00.
• On the day of delivery, regardless of whether you chose home delivery or Easybox locker, you will receive a message from Sameday, DPD, or Fedex with details about your parcel.
• Possible exceptions to 24-hour delivery by Sameday, DPD, or Fedex include: orders placed after 2:00 PM, periods of high order volume such as holidays, Black Friday, or objective reasons related to the courier.
• Orders placed during legal holidays will be delivered the next day after couriers resume operations.
• In the exceptional case where the ordered product is out of stock or must be produced, we will contact you to agree on a new delivery date.

• If you choose the "Cash on Delivery" option, you will pay the order value to the courier. For company invoices, please request a receipt from the courier for the cash amount paid.
• If you chose payment by bank transfer ("Payment by PO" option at checkout), your parcel will be shipped once we receive confirmation from the bank that the payment has been made.
• However, if you want us to ship your order faster, please send us the payment confirmation by email: office@tiemeup.ro.
• We will always provide the courier with all the delivery information received from you, including the delivery address and any other notes submitted during the order. However, we are not responsible for any mistakes made by the courier or for incorrect/incomplete data submitted by you during the order process. Your feedback is important to us and we assure you that we will do everything necessary to improve both our service and that of the courier company.
• If the parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect/incomplete personal information provided at the time of the order, we can reship the order at your request with a fixed shipping fee of 16.9 RON.
• If any situation arises that may affect the initially communicated delivery time, we will contact you with the new estimated delivery date. In this case, you will have the option to maintain or cancel the order. If you cancel a prepaid order (via card or bank transfer), we will fully refund the paid amount within 72 hours.
